By accessing this web site, you are agreeing to be bound by these web site Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.
If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. Copyright law protects the materials contained in this web site.
I acknowledge and agree that the products provided by ArchiEd are purposed for users informal education. The teaching and resources developed by ArchiEd may not be appropriate for all users in all regions, and will not comply with all local standards & industry regulations.

ArchiEd makes no representation or warranties of any kind, express or implied as to the operation of your software in association with ArchiEd content, information, products, or tools. Neither party may assign its rights or obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of the other party, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.
Permission is granted to temporarily access one copy of the materials (information or software) on ArchiEd’s web site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. The contents of this website (which includes downloadable material) are subject to copyright and are protected by laws of Australia and other countries through international treaties. You may not sell, loan, copy, distribute, cede, sublicense, rent, lease, transfer or provide access to it by network for commercial use, either whole or in part, without the prior written consent of ArchiEd. You are expressly prohibited from decompiling, disassembling, modifying or reverse engineering the models for any purposes whatsoever. You are expressly prohibited from distributing, providing access to or commercialising ArchiEd models.
Your user access license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions, and may be terminated by ArchiEd at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.
